J.S. Fixaus: clearer website, easier booking and a stronger technical foundation
J.S. Fixaus’ old website no longer served the company properly. The information was partly outdated, the site was difficult to use and the overall setup was split across two different domains. Contact and booking options were also not presented clearly enough to support new customer inquiries.
We built a completely new WordPress website where the services, location and booking options were made clear from the customer’s point of view. At the same time, the site was moved to a faster and more cost effective web hosting solution, making the whole setup easier to manage in the future.
The result is a clear and professional website that guides visitors more effectively toward booking or contacting the company. The services are now easier to understand, and the site supports day to day sales much better.

Tarrakeisari.fi: from a broken website into a clear sales channel
Tarrakeisari’s old website was technically broken. Instead of seeing the actual website, visitors were shown a critical error message, which made the site unusable and created the wrong first impression of the company.
We built a new comprehensive WordPress website designed to present the company’s services, products and contact options clearly. The site was also built with search engine visibility in mind, so potential customers can find the right information more easily through Google.

At 3StepDetailing, a large part of customer service time was spent answering the same recurring questions. Customers asked about services, pricing, booking, car treatment options and practical details, which took time away from other work.
We built a tailored and secure AI solution for both the website and email. The website chatbot helps customers find the right service, answers the most common questions, supports the buying process and assists with booking. The email bot reduces manual message handling and helps customers receive answers faster.
The goal was to reduce repetitive customer service work, improve the customer experience and help the company focus more on delivering the actual service. As a result, customer service became faster, more consistent and significantly less time consuming.

Pavunvarsi is an online store in the gardening industry. Their customer service received repetitive daily questions about products, delivery, and returns.The goal was to save time and improve response speed without compromising service quality.
We built an AI-powered chatbot that answers customer questions and guides users. The bot handles around 400 conversations per month, significantly reducing email volume and speeding up service.Content and responses are continuously updated based on the client’s needs.

Nettimuste, organic visibility and sales growth
Nettimuste.fi is a Finnish e-commerce store selling printer ink and supplies. The company already had an established customer base, but most sales came from paid advertising.The goal was to improve organic visibility and increase sales through search engines.
The project included comprehensive keyword research, technical SEO, and content restructuring. Product categories, metadata, and content were optimized, and continuous tracking of rankings and performance was implemented.
Organic traffic and sales increased significantly, and rankings improved for over 80 keywords. Many key keywords reached Google’s first page, enabling more consistent and profitable sales without relying on paid ads.
